Warner Bros. has officially announced that the production of Wonder Woman 3 is underway. 

According to reports, the arrival of the latest film in the DC Comics trilogy has been accelerated by the studio and will receive a traditional preview. Gal Gadot will resume her role as Diana Prince, while Patty Jenkins will continue to write and direct the third opus. Th return of important characters such as the heroine's enemy or her lover interest Steve Trevor remains to be confirmed. 

The studio made the announcement just after the premiere of Wonder Woman 1984, on Christmas Day. Fans around the world continue to admire Diana Prince. Planning for the implementation of the end of the trilogy was decided a long time ago according to Toby Emmerich, head of Warner Bros.
